- Production introduction: It uses vacuum at low temperature to remove the air(oxygen) in milk or fruit juice, restrain browning, prevent pigment, vitamin C, fragrant content and other materials from being oxidized and enhance the quality.
- It can remove the gas absorbed on the pulp granules to prevent the upper floating of granules and maintain good appearance of product.
- It can reduce the bubbling during the canning and sterilization.

It can prevent or reduce the score layer of the liquid and improve the appearance of the liquid, making it more vivid, more concentrated and more mellow.

Blending preparation tank, also called as materials blending tank or material mixing tank, has the advantages such as being energy saving, corrosion-proof, strong productivity and easy to clean, etc. And it is mainly used for blending and homogenizer of daily products, sugar, other elements and various medicines, as an indispensable equipment for daily products, beverages and pharmacy manufactures. It is made of SUS304 or 316 stainless steel, and is in accordance with GMP production standard.

The factory adopts advanced stainless steel welding techology from adroad, selecting the fine polished stainless steel tube, which has improved greatly comparing with the former products we manufactured . There are two kinds of specification: manual control and automatic control . This machine is suitable for the liquid material , such as fresh milk, fruit drink, wine, soybean milk and Chinese medicine, as well as the sticky material(for example, sweat condensed milk)upon completing with high-pressure homogenizer. - With such features as high heat recovery, compact and beautiful structure, stable temperature control etc.
- Control methods: semi-automatic control, full-automatic control (PLC control, touch screen display)
- The system adopts ultra-high temperature processing method, which can strictly sterilize the dairy, tea beverage and fruit etc. and then transfer to aseptic packaging. The sterilizing temperature is 135-140℃ and the heat preservation period is 4-5 seconds, so as to maintain the original nutrition, color and flavor of beverage and dairy.
