Heavy-oxygen-enriched Water Treatment

As a drink of oxygen-rich water, dissolved oxygen are generally 20 mg/l
The oxygen-rich water oxygenator produced by the company is a capillary absorption oxygenation equipment. The oxygen content in water can reach up to 40-70mg/l after the oxygenator is filled with oxygen. Pure water in the membrane by, outside the membrane oxygen, through the principle of dispersion uniform oxygen in the water, no bubble, no volatile, oxygen utilization ratio can reach 100%, almost efficiency is much higher than foreign products. The oxygen-rich water prepared by this machine has good stability of dissolved oxygen. The oxygen content of polyester bottle is still more than 20mg/l after 24 hours of exposure to oxygen-rich water.

A selection of pickled quartz sand is featured. When water flows from the upper layer through the filter layer, part of the solid suspended matter in the water enters the upper filter material to form a small hole, which is blocked by the surface layer of the filter material by mechanical retention. Since the filter materials are closely arranged with each other, the suspended particles in the water adhere to each other through the curved channels in the filter material, so that the water is further purified.

The activated carbon filter has a dual function, one is adsorption; the other is filtration. Containing activated carbon, using coarse quartz sand as a support layer can absorb residual chlorine in the water as well as suspended colloids, some organic matter, remove microorganisms, heavy metals and odors.

The removed contaminant particles larger than 5 μm were filtered to extend the life of the film.

Ozone reacts with the bacterial cell wall lipid double bonds, penetrates into the inside of the bacteria, acts on proteins and lipopolysaccharides, and changes the permeability of the cells, leading to bacterial death. Ozone also acts on nuclear material in cells, such as purines and pyrimidines in nucleic acids that destroy DNA.

UV sterilizer. It has four functions: sterilization, oxidation, decolorization and deodorization. Sterilization has a broad spectrum and high efficiency.
